Verity Explore

Find out what Verity looks like for your business.

Verity is one operating system for the whole business. What changes from one business to the next is the vocabulary, the workflows and the questions worth asking. Pick your business type and read the version that applies to you.

Every business type

All 123, grouped by industry.

Pages marked as links are written. The rest are in progress — Verity already works for those businesses.

Explore by capability

What the system is made of.

Every business page describes these same parts. Only the vocabulary changes.

Records

One record for everything the business knows

Documents, products, assets and transactions live as records rather than files. Every record carries the same identity, permissions and history as everything else in Verity.

What you can see What the business knows, in one place, with the history of how it got there.

Inventory

Stock, movement and reorder

Stock levels, movement between locations and reorder points, tracked against the same records the rest of the business uses.

What you can see What you hold, what is moving, and what is about to run out.

Orders

Orders from placement to fulfilment

Orders as first-class records with a state, an owner and a history — not a row in a sheet that someone updates when they remember.

What you can see What was ordered, where it is, and what is holding it up.

Work

Tasks, projects, jobs and activities

Tasks, projects, jobs, orders and activities share one execution model. Every piece of work has an owner, a state and a record of what happened.

What you can see What needs to happen, who has it, and what is blocked.

Relationships

Customers, vendors, partners

Customers, vendors, partners and stakeholders as records with full interaction history, connected to the work and transactions that involve them.

What you can see Who you deal with, what you have done together, and what is outstanding.

Workflows

Approvals, processes and states

Approvals, processes, states and automations that move work from one owner to the next without anyone chasing it.

What you can see How work moves, where it stalls, and which step owns the delay.

Reports and analytics

Reports, dashboards and insight

Reports and dashboards drawn from live operational records rather than from an export someone assembled last week.

What you can see How the business is performing, without waiting for a report cycle.

Verity AI

Ask, understand, act

Ask a question in plain language and get an answer grounded in your own records and workflows. Verity AI is permission-aware, so it only sees what the person asking is allowed to see, and every action it takes stays part of the operational record.

What you can see An answer with its reasoning shown, and the follow-up already created.

How Verity works

One record model, configured to your operation.

Verity starts with the objects every business actually has: people, work, relationships, records, workflows, communication, intelligence and control. Each shares one identity model, one permission layer and one activity history, so nothing is bolted on afterwards.

A jewellery store’s pieces, a restaurant’s ingredients and a manufacturer’s raw materials are the same kind of object with different names. That is why one system can run all three without becoming generic — the vocabulary, workflows and reporting are configured during implementation to match how the business already works.

On top of that sits the live operational picture, the AI you can ask questions of, and the reporting that draws from the records themselves rather than from an export somebody assembled last week.

Questions

About Verity

What is Verity?

Verity is a business operating system. It connects the people, records, workflows and decisions that keep an organisation moving into one operational layer, so the work, the information about it and the decisions that follow all live in the same system.

What is Verity Explore for?

Explore describes what Verity looks like for a specific kind of business. The product is one system; the way a jewellery store, a restaurant and a manufacturer use it is not. Each page describes the same system in the terms that business already uses.

Does Verity replace the software we already run?

No. Verity is introduced alongside what already works. Existing systems are mapped during implementation, the records that matter are migrated, and the operational layer takes over gradually rather than in a single cutover.

Is there an AI assistant?

Yes. Verity AI answers from the operational context your organisation already owns rather than from generic model knowledge. It is permission-aware, so it only sees what the person asking can see, and it can turn an answer into tasks, assignments and follow-ups that stay part of the record.

How long does it take to implement?

About four weeks: discovery and mapping of how the business actually runs, configuration, migration of existing records, then an ongoing operations partnership.
